At Be Well by Kelly, we want you to feel as good as you look in our curated fashion collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
